Thank you for visiting and shopping at 'Stache Salt.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns

Apparel

Please contact customersupport@stachesalt.com for any apparel returns within 5 days of receiving your items.

Exchanges will be honored regardless of purchase date on all apparel. 

Beard Oils, Balms, Moustache Waxes, Shaving Products & Washes

Got a wax that isn't right for your 'stache? No problem! While we can't accept used products, we are always happy to do a "tin exchange" and send you any other moustache wax you want to try on that salty moustache of yours. No questions asked. No time window. Please email customersupport@stachesalt.com on any exchange request. 

If you do want to return your product: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. All returns must be approved by the "Stache Salt Team. Please email customersupport@stachesalt.com on any return request. 

If return is approved, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Due to the nature of our products and that it is used on peoples skin all returns are subject to inspection before a refund will be processed. We always encourage people who are not happy with or are unable to use the product to #spreadthesalt and give it to someone else who may enjoy it. 

Refund Policy 

Once we receive the item and inspect it to make sure it has not been used, opened, or tampered with. We will then issue a refund minus the cost of the return shipping label (Shipping is typically USPS around $5)
Returns must be received within 7 days of the issue date of the return label for a full refund. 
Exchanges must be received within 7 days of the issue date of the return labels before the replacement item will be shipped back. 
Full refunds can take 3-5 business days to process depending on your banking establishment.
