Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days because shift happens. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (typically between November-January) shipments may be delayed by a 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. All orders, including ones with Priority shipping are subject to our processing time (3-5 days). If you need your order expedited (due to a birthday, event and/or late holiday gift) please email customersupport@stachesalt.com to let us know and we will work with you directly.
Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package in time but we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.
'Stache Salt ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
'Stache Salt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
'Stache Salt cannot guarantee and is not liable for any damage that may happen durning shipment. If your item is lost in the mail, please contact sales@stachesalt.com. If you have given the incorrect address, you are responsible to pay for shipping to the correct address.
We currently do ship outside the U.S and shipping will vary from country to country. Please contact customersupport@stachesalt.com if you have any questions.
